Job Brief:
We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced Group Financial Controller who could lead the Finance team and undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Determining the Financial objectives, Designing and implementing systems, policies, procedures in order to facilitate Internal Financial control.
• Manage all accounting operations including debtors/creditors, G/L , cost accounting, inventory Management etc
• Preparation of timely financial statements, cash flow statements and other reports to the management on a timely basis
• Manage and comply with local, state, and other government reporting requirements and tax filings,
• Lead the Audit department and ensure periodic reviews are taken place to ensure the systems and procedures are followed accordingly.
• Responsible for establishing and implementing sound strategies for supply chain functions, with more focus on organization’s distribution operation.
Requirements:
• Candidates should be above 35 years
• Fully Qualified in LIMA, Charted, ACCA or a Degree in Accounting & Finance from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar capacity
• Strong leadership & motivational Skills
• Strong analytical & commercial skills
• Excellent verbal, communication & presentation skills
