Front Office Executive Female
• Excellent English Spoken and Written Communication Skills
• Good customer service, communications, interpersonal skills and sales skills a must.
• 2+ years of experience in hotel Reservations Management, Online bookings (Booking.com, Agoda.com etc.), Check in/Out and Billing Functions
• Develop, implement, monitor and participate in a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that results in optimum, rate and occupancy for the hotel
• Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, EXCEL and WORD, Internet, Email, online reservations
• Holding Tourism, Travel, HR or Business Administration related diploma or degree
• Must have good organizational, supervisory and guest relations skills.
• Age under 35 years
• Salary : approx. 40,000 including service charge (depending on experience)
