We are on the lookout for a Factory Accountant for our client company. Location – Homagama
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing organization
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Fully / Partly qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA
Strong financial analysis, costing, forecasting, and budgeting skills
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and financial standards
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership capabilities and ability to inspire and motivate teams
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
