Executive – Customer Service / Sales Coordination Imports (Sri Lanka)

Job Function
– Requires coordinating with Customers / Origin offices and with the sales team out in the field selling.
– Real time updates to customer on freight rates for ocean and Air business
– Connection monitoring and real time updates to customers.
– Sales reporting and need to support trade development activity
Candidate profile:
– Must be a good communicator, Good negotiations are skills are required to perform the job effectively.
– G.C.E A/ L’s and any professional qualifications on sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
– 2-3 years experience in an import desk handling a similar work load would be preferable or an individual with sound understanding of business development customer service in ( Freight forwarding / Shipping Lines
