Vacancy For Post of Customer Services Officer

We have three offices in Sri Lanka, based in Colombo, Kandy, and Jaffna. Through our offices, we deliver a portfolio of high-impact projects and programmes in the areas of English, the Arts, Education and Society.
We are one of the busiest operations in the British Council global network, with over 24,000 library members, over scow exams delivered islandwide and with over 12.000 students learning English with us every year.
Purpose of Job:
This role will provide excellent Customer Service to all customers interested in all of the British Council’s activities including our English teaching operation, examinations, UK higher education, and our library and cultural operations. The Customer Services Officer must meet and exceed customers’ expectations, and support the British Council in meeting its corporate objectives.
Based In:
Colombo Eligibility: Sri Lankan citizens Starting salary: Rs.38,820/-
Contract: Indefinite contract from August 2014
