Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting clients and patients by name in a friendly manner: face to face and over the phone
• Organizing and maintaining patient records, consent forms, payment forms, etc.
• Reconciling invoices and money daily
• Scheduling appointments, coordinating between the patients and the doctor’s availability
• Becoming acquainted with vaccine protocols
• Obtaining knowledge of products and food
Candidate Profile
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer servicing role in the Healthcare Services Industry, ideally at a hospital
• A relevant professional qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
