Customer Care Executive
We are looking for young energetic individuals with excellent communication skills (English and Sinhala) and outstanding interpersonal skills in addition to the following:
* Below 25 years of age
* Computer literacy
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
* Pleasing personality Previous experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
Your role will be to address the needs of the customers.
This will involve:
Provide required information to clients by addressing questions, queries and complaints by way of answering telephone calls, corresponding via email and Internet forums.
