Catering Manager — 01 position
Qualifications and Experiences:
01. He should be a qualified Chef in the capacity of Sous Chef or above, in Hot Range food production or a qualified Food & Beverage Manager with a minimum of 03 years working experience in similar capacity in a Star class Hotel or in a reputed Catering organization.
02. Skills in Administrative functions together with Computer literacy are a must.
Food and Beverage Supervisor – 03 positions
Qualifications and Experiences:
01. Minimum of 03 years of hands on experience in F&B services in a star class hotel in the capacity of supervisor.
02. Ability to understand local food pallets, preferences and should have a talent to serve all levels of customers, from Staff Grades to Director Level in a manufacturing organization.
03. Ability to lead, develop and manage a service team inclusive of F&B trainees.
04. Fare knowledge in invoicing/billing and preparation of sales summaries.
These positions are provided with Meals and Uniforms. Company provided accommodation is available when necessary.
