Harcourts Group established in 1989, one of the la rgest importers of Pharmaceuticals, Neutricuticals, Sports Nutrition and Cosmaceuticals with the largest Pharmacy chain in Sri Lanka, is looking for Energetic & Dynamic Individual to recruit as a Business Analyst.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO:
• Assist in the ERP implementation by coordinating with all divisions in the company
• Continuously improve the existing ERP processes by benchmarking and identifying areas that could deliver value to business and users.
• Actively participate in new initiatives and projects arising from growing business needs by recommending solutions.
• Improve end-user knowledge and understanding on ERP by conducting training sessions
• Ensure helpdesk issues are dealt with
CANDIDATE PROFILE :-
• Recognized qualification in Finance or Business
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a mercantile establishment
• Experience in ERP implementation
• Good understanding about processes within a company and IT literacy
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• A Male candidate between 25-35 years of age
