The ideal candidate should have the necessary minimum requirements and be confident of fulfilling the job responsibilities given below.
Showroom Manager
The ideal candidates should be fashion savvy person with prowess passion & pleasing personalities to lead a young team to achieve the desired sales & marketing objectives of the company.
• Should have sound educational backgrounds
• 03 – 05 year of experience in managing a leading fashion retail /Lifestyle store
• Hands on experience in point — of — Sales and retail ERP solutions
• Excellent communication (both English & Sinhala) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines on time& sales targets
• Should have leadership qualities to motivate and drive a young sales team
A refundable security deposit of (RR 350,000 to be paid initially.
