Responsibilities:

– Manage a sales team of over 25 staff to achieve the sales targets
– Assist in developing a strong sales strategy and action plan to boost sales and maximize revenues from different channels.
– Maintain sales growth performance through expanding business volume and developing new customer accounts
– Prepare regular sales reports for senior management analysis
– Work closely with Marketing Team to create sales and marketing strategies to drive results
– Oversee smooth operations of the company’s day to day activities.
– Manage supply chain and oversee route planning for smooth delivery.

Requirements:

– University graduate with minimum 10 years key account management, in which atleast 5 years is in management experience in Business to Business segment of FMCG product sales or operations.
– Good analytical and management skills, strong business acumen
– Good interpersonal and effective communication skills
– Ability to plan, review, assign and evaluate the work of subordinate managers
– Independent, logical thinking, and self-motivated
– Proficiency in spoken and written English.
