Luxe Asia is a destination management company in Sri Lanka, Maldives and Dubai handling inbound tourists from globally generating markets.
With new markets and potential paths emerging, we are currently on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team immediately as a; Tour Executive
We are looking for young energetic individuals who are result oriented and independent workers.
Other requirements:
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the field, along with A/L qualification
• Knowledge of inbound Tours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS word and excel.
• Internet savvy.
• Knowledge in an additional international language will be a distinct advantage and diploma in travel & tourism.
Your responsibilities would be to:
• Respond efficiently to inquiries and maintaining correspondence with contacts.
• Promote exclusive/specialized tour packages to agents and clients while matching rates, keeping appropriate margins and sourcing competitive quotations and costings.
• Co-ordinate transport with transport manager whilst preparing packages for confirmed tours, Maintaining documents for each confirmed tour group and following up on ongoing tours.
• Maintain a solid and professional relationship with your customer and clients.
