Technical Writer – Banking Business Solutions (Rajagiriya)

The selected candidates will be primarily responsible for writing and editing technical documents for the organization’s products and services and will gain significant exposure in the corporate business environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform all business and technical writing assignments in English according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style & terminology
Confer with business users, customer representatives and/or vendors to establish technical specifications
Prepare documents related to requirement studies, system deliverables, data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, swim-lane diagrams, user manuals etc.
Review published materials & recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, methods of reproduction & binding
Study drawings, specifications, mockups & products to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedures and production sequence
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other writers/members
Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Attitude
Degree in relevant business stream/Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized University/Institute
Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical writing role
Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and writing tools with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge in Banking/Finance sector business domains with a good understanding of business processes would be an added advantage
