Senior Software Engineer – PHP (Sri Lanka)

We are an agency that develops web applications for our clients in Australia and UK. We are currently looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join our team for immediate start on a UK based project.
Requirements:-
– Minimum 3_years PHP experience with a proven track record with exposure to PHP frameworks, particularly Codelgniter and Laravel
– Experience with SQL and working with MySQL databases
– Good experience with HTML / CSS development
– Experience with complex CSS layouts and understanding of HTML5
– Experience with JavaScript development and knowledge in jQuery
– Eye for detail when dealing with UI and UX issues
– Excellent spoken and written English skills is a must
Desired skills to be successful:
– Experience with GIT source control
– Exposure to LAMP stack and remote server administration / management
– Ability to work independently to fulfil a supplied brief and test your updates
You will need to have previous experience in developing and deploying projects in a timely manner.
You will also need to understand scalable architecture for websites and how to optimise server side code, layouts and designs for speed.
Salary is negotiable depending your qualifications and experience.
This opportunity will be full time – contract based and the location is in Nugegoda.
