Job Description:

LL.B Graduate Minimum 5 years of experience post qualification is must, in general corporate and M&A Joint Ventures, Competition and Company Law, Foreign Exchange, Private Equity Transactions, Commercial Law Matters.

Should be able to handle a joint venture or equity transactions (including legal due diligence, identifying issues, drafting the transaction documents up to international standards, managing the team properly, etc.) Strong academic background and practice ethics.

Superlative writing skills and excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent research skills. Operational computer knowledge.

Job stability and a long-term perspective.
