About the job:
As a Seller Management Executive at Kaymu, you will be on the forefront of driving our rapid expansion, joining our motivated and talented team. In this high-impact role, you will typically assist one of our local Managing Directors in growing our business. Your responsibility would be focused on relationship management, centered on the education of a portfolio of new sellers all across Sri Lanka. You would use industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, our value proposition for buyers and sellers and its dynamics. Moreover, you would drive the performance of Kaymu sellers through shop consultation, strong customer service and negotiation of deals. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute your knowledge in a highly professional, dynamic and aim-oriented team.
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate has experience in Sales, strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (ability to converse in Tamil would be advantageous), proficiency in the use of MS Office tools, good analytical ability, comfortable with numbers with good problem-solving skills and a strong team player who can push aggressively for results while helping to create a great work environment.
