Restaurant Manager/ Shift Manager (Colpity / Wattala)
Qualification: GCE A/L Preferred
Age: Below 35 years
Requirement: Manage day to day operations of the restaurant.
• Reconcile and manage raw materials, finished goods stocks, cash, rejects and variances.
• Able to create positive, productive and cheerful working environment.
• Working knowledge on point of sale system
• Well versed in leadership and management skills and ability to manage and motivate associates at all levels.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with outstanding communication and PR skills.
