OSMIUM is looking for a QA Engineer
Minimum Qualifications:
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Around 2 years of industry experience.
• Extremely high attention to detail, an eye to spot pixel perfect designs.
• Experience in manual and automated mobile apps (or software testing).
• Experience in a design-oriented agency environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm in latest technologies, including mobile apps.
• Experience in working in an agile environment.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Programming skills in at least one of the following: Java, PHP, Objective-C, Swift or .NET is a plus.
• Experience in testing REST APIs or backend systems is a plus.
• Experience in working with databases is a plus.
Other Skills
• Develop and implement scalable automated testing strategies for mobile apps.
• Use tools to increase efficiency of QA processes.
• Create test plans, manage and execute test cases.
• Create clear and concise bug reports with actionable steps to reproduce..
• Work closely with project managers and software developers to report defects and verify bug fixes • Allocate tasks and manage other QA Engineers.
• Support product releases.
