SLIC in operating business since 1998. We are professionals in developing mobile apps. POS Systems. Credit Cards Systems etc.. We are currently expanding our mobile operations in Sri’Lanka for our clients in Japan.
Job Profile
– Communicate with SLIC Head Office Japan and Our Japanese Clients.
– Answer calls professionally to provide information about our services.
– Work eflectively with Mobile Applications Development team.
– Follow up to ens1u’e that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
– Setup and maintain customer files.
– Maintain Proficiency in using personal computer and other common office equipment and software (Excel and Word).
– Follow company policies and procedures.
– Present a professional image at all times to customers.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
Personal Specifications:
– Degree or a Professional qualification in IT Field .
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent command in English (Written and verbal).
– Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
– Good interpersonal skills.
