Request to submit CVs of qualified staff for upcoming Urban Rural and Estate Sector Water Supply Project to serve selected districts in Northern, Sabaragamuwa, Uva and Central Provinces.

Management Information System (MIS) Specialist – One Position With Master degree in the relevant field and 10 years of professional development experience and international work experience.
Community Development Specialist (CDS) – One Position With Master degree in Sociology, Community Development and 10 years of professional experience , Knowledge of participatory development approaches and experience in designing and executing Socio-economic field surveys, ability to solve conflict and handle sensitive situations.
Environmental Specialist – One Position With 10 years experience and Master degree in Environmental Engineering or relative field. Thorough knowledge of environmental laws and regulations and experience with process based participatory development approaches and familiarity with community based environmental programs.
Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion Specialist – One Position With 10 years experience in design and implementation of Hygiene awareness and Sanitation program for household with participatory approaches. Preparation of guidelines manual for effective implementation programs and innovative mechanism to implement Hygiene awareness program for CBOs.
Electronic /SCADA/ Automation Specialist – One Position With 15 years experience BSc in Electrical / Electronic Engineering preferably with Post Graduate experience in Automation and 8 years experience in water supply.

He should base with electrical / mechanical engineers of NWSDB design associated PLC control system / DCS Systems of pumping stations, Water Towers and Water Treatment Plants.

Senior Engineers – Positions 7Nos. BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent with over 8 years experience including 5 years in Water Supply and Sanitation.
Civil Engineers – Positions 2Nos. BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent with over 3 years experience, preferably in Water Supply.
Senior Training Officer – Position 1No. BSc or equivalent with over 5 years experience and membership of a recognized institution of Personal Management / Engineering / Accountancy / Community Development / Sociology and experience in field of training and capacity buildings in foreign funded community participatory rural water supply projects.
Quantity Surveyor – Positions 2Nos. With BSc (Quantity Surveying) and more than 3 years experience.
Geologist/ Hydro-geologist – Positions 3Nos. With BSc (Geology) with more than 4 years experience preferably with atleast 2 years in rural water supply.
Environmental Officer – Positions 7Nos. With BSc Environmental Engineering or equivalent with atleast 8 years experience and capable of assessing environmental impact of water supply and sanitation.
Engineering Assistants – Positions 26Nos. With NDT/HNDE (Civil) or NDES of NAB or Diploma in Technology in Open University (Civil 22, Mechanical 02, Electrical 02 preferably 2 to 3 years experience )
Technical Assistants – Positions 15Nos. NCT(Civil) Preferably 2 to 3 years experience
Secretary – Position 1No. Diploma in Secretarial Practice and 10 years experience .
Accounts Clerk – Positions SNos. GCE O/L with Sinhala / Tamil / Maths / Commercial Arithmetic and English (3 years experience).
General Clerk / Data Entry Operator – Positions 2Nos. GCE O/L with Sinhala / Tamil / Maths / Commercial Arithmetic and English (3 years experience).
