With a view to tapping this lucrative segment. THE TRAVELLER GLOBAL (PVT) LTD was incorporated in 1989. The Traveller Global (Pvt) Ltd is currently Sri Lanka’s one of largest outbound travel operator, counting foreign Embassies. NGOs. Corporates. Recruitment Agencies and leading personages among its established clientele.
We are looking for a qualified individual for the post of Human Resources Manager who wants to build Human Resources in a small company environment with big aspirations. The selected candidate will report to the Director of the Traveller Global (Pvt) Ltd.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
• Identifying manpower requirements of the company and the subsequent filling up of the positions
• Managing the performance management process for all staff
• Maintaining a friendly and participative work environment for all employees
• HR Administration and other related Statutory requirements
• Liaising with local authorities on general administration and HR related issues
• Organizing and co-ordinating staff welfare activities
• Maintaining Industrial Relations and representing the company at domestic inquires and attending labour tribunals: labour department meetings on behalf of the employer
• Handling all disciplinary issues and conduct preliminary inquiries • Ensuring and working towards establishing good employer employee relations
The ideal candidate should:
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business Administration from a recognized University or full qualification in PQHRM together with three years’ experience at a similar capacity.
Prior experience in a start-up HR Department will be an added advantage.
