A Group of Companies involved in Industrial Security and Electronic Security with more than 3000 employees is looking for individuals for the HR Department with following attributes and qualifications. The selected candidates will have the valuable and rare exposure to and involvement in, restructuring the recruitment and personnel functions of the Group, under the supervision and guidance of an expert in HRM.
The ideal candidate will essentially
• Have complete or part qualification in HRM from a recognized institution.
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ working experience
• Knowledge of EPF & ETF
• Have very good computer literacy and expertise at least in MS Office package.
• Have good communication and presentation skills in both English and Sinhala,
• Have very good inter-personal skills and public speaking skills is advantageous
• Have a good understanding of different recruitment practices and related procedures
• Be able to multi-task and direct cross function teams
• Be able to maintain HR & administrative activities effectively
• Be able to manage and perform under stressful conditions
• Be able to adjust and adapt to corporate culture and company protocols
