Head of Production
• Should possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to challenge and motivate every employee with multi-disciplinary abilities in management and technical expertise while being responsible for production and production related operations of the factory.
• Should possess the ability to lead and guide the teams effectively towards achieving company goals through modern production management concepts and techniques.
• Should possess very good knowledge and work experience on ladies bottoms, Children’s wear and the ability to handle at least 6 to 7 production lines consisting of high-tech machineries while maintaining high quality and production targets to ensure timely delivery.
• Applicants with knowledge of work practices including work study, preparation of accurate lay outs, time study, efficiency calculations, workplace engineering and garment engineering is a must.
• Possession of a degree or professional qualification in the apparel manufacturing field will be an added advantage.
• Should have LEAN & Six Sigma working environment experience.
• Age below 40 and should possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed apparel industry.
IE / Work Study Executives
• Applicants with good knowledge of work practices including work study, preparation of accurate lay outs, time study, efficiency calculations, workplace engineering and garment engineering is essential.
• Possession of an IE Degree or professional qualification and GSD environmental working knowledge in the apparel manufacturing field is a must
• Should have LEAN & Six Sigma working environment experience.
• Age below 40 and should possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed manufacturing company.
