Winterquilts Group is a well-established organization and one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of high quality apparels for internationally renowned European and US retailers such as Marks & Spencer, C&A, George-ASDA, Bonmarche, NEXT etc. We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and result oriented person to join our team.
Group Human Resource Manager
This is a challenging role for a mature and well accomplished person with exceptional competency, leadership and organizational skills.
You should have a good understanding and a working knowledge of modern Human Resource Management practices coupled with good business acumen. You should have sound knowledge and work experience in HR policy formulation, crafting job descriptions, familiarization with job evaluation tools, performance management, competency based recruitment and selection, training & development, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
Also imperative is your conversance with industrial labour laws, salary and wages administration and factory compliance. You will be called upon to enhance the employee relations and organizational efficiency through strategic human resource development and continuous improvement at every level.
The ideal candidate we have in mind shall be in the age group of 30 – 45 years and ideally, you would have a good record of academic achievements with a Degree/Masters in Human Resource Management or in Business Management. LLB or any other legal qualifications related to the HR field will be advantages.
You would count at least 5 years experience in a similar or comparable capacity at Senior Management level in a manufacturing organization, preferably in an apparel industry. Those applicants who have applied to us earlier and those who do not possess the required experience and not worked in a similar capacity in an apparel industry need not apply.
