Job Role:
The Head of Facilities is responsible for the administrative services of the Organization such as building
maintenance, staff uniforms, liaising with external suppliers for effective and efficient office services
including transport, telecommunication and housekeeping.
The job requires development of business & operational plans, managing budgets, reviewing operating costs and suggesting cost saving measures whilst ensuring that the organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.
Profile:
– A Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years work experience in a similar role Strong Interpersonal and PR skills
– Strong Communication skills
– Ability to multitask and problem solving skills
– Effective Negotiations skills
– IT Skills
– Experience in managing external vendors
– Planning and Organising skills
– Project Management skills
– Knowledge on market trends specifically in the areas of responsibility
