A Multinational Organic Juice Manufacturing Company seeks a Field Operations Managers
This exciting opportunity entails Leading and Managing an efficient organic Fruit Procurement Team of 5.
The Role Suits an Exceptional Individual seeking to further their career in filed operations and Agricultural Supply Chain management.
A minimum 5 + years industry experience is required.
An Organic Agricultural and/or fruit Procurement background is preferred.
The Successful Candidate will be required to carry out the following tasks:
– Lead a passionate and talented field operations team of 5.
– Correspond and maintain fruitful and cordial relations with organic fruit suppliers.
– Achieve and Maintain Organic Systems Procedures across the supply chain network.
– Ensure Adequate Supply of Premium Quality Fruits to meet Production Demands at all times.
– Report directly to the national supply Chain manager Regarding the team’s objectives, strategy and performance.

– Strong leadership, Mathematical and Analytical Aptitude.
– Extensive Experience in Agricultural Procurement.
