A B0I approved Apparel Company located in the outskirts of Colombo, catering to European, U.K. and U.S.A. customers, with a strong hold in the respective markets for more than 20 years, the company seeks an individual who sees ambition as a virtue and constantly seeks solutions that are out of the ordinary, for one of their factories in the Anuradhapura District.
Factory Manager
In-charge of the total production process. you will drive a large work force to achieve the required efficiencies. productivity and the quality standards. You will ensure that best production practices are implemented and adhered to. including national & international standards and targets are met by way of efficient production management.
The ability to inspire people to practice 55, Kaizen and ISO 9002 specifications coupled with the knowledge in cutting techniques. Gerber. Embroidery and Pleating will be a distinct advantage.
Preferably an engineering. science or NDT textile graduate in the age group of 30-45 years. with a proven track record in overall supervision of production floor and an extremely good knowledge of modern garment manufacturing methods and techniques would ideally suit this role.
