Job Description:
Candidate should be strong in litigation matters, specially Arbitration i.e. Section 138 & Section 9 cases.
Should be LLB Profile would be Strategizing legal action for recovering Company money.
Participate in negotiations between the Business Division and defaulters for settlement of pending cases Represent Company in legal actions filed by and against it.
To Follow up with Advocates for timely action in cases referred to them and ensure that they update Company on developments in the matter.
Implementation of orders passed by court from time to time.
Experience : 3 – 8 Years
