Do you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business Administration or Human Resources Management from a recognised university and/or a Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the field of HR? Do you have an excellent command in English?
You are also required to possess the following:
• Prior hands-on experience in Human Resources Administration
• Knowledgeable in the function of Performance Management
• Knowledgeable in Training and Development activities
• Knowledge in Labour Laws and Industrial Law
• Great understanding in HR trends and analytics would be an added advantage
• Keen learner, open to new and innovative ideas
Your job role will include a wide scope of activities revolving around Key Result Areas of HR including HR Operations, Welfare and Employee Engagement Projects and other Special Projects handled by the Human Resources Division.
