Qualification & Experience:

Hotel school Graduate with 5 years experience in a similar capacity, specialized in Food & Beverage, in a star class hotel in Sri Lanka or abroad. The Hotel Manager / Resident Manager to manage all activities to maintain high standards of the property including associates, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping , Front office , Maintenance, Sales, and profit/loss controls and ensure the smooth day to day functioning of the hotel. Direct and manage property operations to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the Key Result Areas (Guest service, Employees, Sales/Marketing and property appearance).

We are looking for qualified and experienced applicants for following positions to join our team.

You should possess a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar capacity with expertise in the relevant area in the Hospitality Industry will be a definite advantage.
