Job Details:
– In bound Domestic Call Center.
– Customer Support for Grievances.
– Collect customer query and forward to concerned dept for getting solution. And follow up for resolved.
– For Girls only First Shift.
– For Boys 2nd and 3rd Shift.
– 8hrs flexible shift.
Candidate Profile:
– Education 10th + or 12th + in English Medium.
– Willing to work in Second / night shifts.
– Basic computer knowledge.
– Good spoken English with Neutral accent.
– Knowledge of Marathi, Odiya , Telugu, Bengoli, Malayalam advantage.
– Telephone etiquette.
