NOL is a global transportation and logistics company. Our container transportation business, APL, and supply chain business, APL logistics, are both market leaders.
We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and results-oriented individual for the following positions in our Logistic division.
Analyst, Logistics Operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Shipment planning as per given guidelines & rules to optimize equipment mix.
• Coordination with customers, service providers and manufacturers to make sure smooth flow of operation.
• Identify and develop methods to enhance productivity on acct requirements – Process improvements
• Make sure set KPIs are monitored & are achieved at account level.
• Promote Value Added Logistics Services to existing customer base.

• Good communication skill with fluency in both English and Sinhala.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Negotiating Skills.
Minimum Requirements:
• G.C.E (A/L)
• Good Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and other office packages
• Age below 28 years
Preferred
• Professional qualification in supply chain management
• Previous work experience in Logistics or related field will be an added advantage
