– Sound knowledge in Accounts Payable
– Should perfect in MS Excel & Tally.
– Knowledge on purchase orders & payments process
– Strong knowledge on Vendor bills
– Good Knowledge on Service Tax & TDS payments
– Good communication skills in Hindi & English (mandatory)
– Hard working attitude
– Relevant experience (1 to 3 years)
– Travel Bills verification.
– Preparation of payment vouchers Summary sheet.
– Handling telephone calls and resolving the Employee Queries.
– Passing Journal Vouchers and Purchase Vouchers.
– Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement.
