Vacancy for Resident Manager (Ratnapura)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Sri Lankans to fill the above vacancy of a well established boutique hotel in Ratnapura.
The selected candidate will be responsible for administrating the work of the Company and supporting the everyday business activity of the Company.
He must be able to work independently, manage numerous and diverse tasks and have self — motivation and problem solving skills while serving as the Resident Manager
Requirements, Education and experience:
– Have degree or diploma in Hotel management or any other higher level qualification in hotel field, plus 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality industry, with knowledge of Micro Office applications.
– Strong communication skill is essential.
– Accounting Knowledge and experience will be added qualification.
– Human Resource Management experience is a must
