Work Attributes and Qualifications:
• End 2 End Call Tracking Process
• Ability of handling customers
• Closure confirmation to be taken from the end customer for each and every call.(Customer Satisfaction)
• Minimum GCE A/L with strong exposure to customer-oriented environment
• Good command of spoken English
• Previous experience in working with help desk environment
• Basic IT hardware knowledge will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
• School leavers are encouraged to apply
Salary – 25,000 + OT
