We work with clients across travel, engineering, finance, and public sectors. Using open source software and open standards, we offer assembled innovative solutions quicker and at lower costs.

We are headquartered in London with offices in Spain and Sri Lanka. We are currently seeking a technical project manager to manage our projects and teams out of Sri Lanka.

Successful candidate will get involved and be responsible for full project life cycle from requirements analysis through to implementation and manage team priorities and schedule.

Managing client expectations and creating robust and effective solutions ensure this is a diverse and challenging role.

You’ll be working for an innovative and progressive company, exposure to the latest technologies, opportunities to present at community and industry events.

Responsibilities:

– Working with world class customers and global teams to build and maintain relationships
– Collaborating and project managing our global teams to successfully deliver projects on schedule, budget and quality
– Sound knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
– Identifying and managing changes and releases
– Managing project resources and collaborating with functional managers
– Project health status reporting to PMO and customers in a timely manner
– Engage in pre-sale activities

Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess:-

– Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
– Minimum 7 years of experience in the IT industry out of which at least 3-4 years will be in Project Management
– Knowledge of Agile project practices PMI Project Management methodologies
– Proven experience in client relationship management
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
– Negotiation skills to generate positive results for customers, stakeholders, and project team members when reaching desired objectives
– Attention to detail and quality consciousness
– Be an excellent team player
– Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite including Microsoft Project
– Ability to work in a multicultural and global environment
– Willing to travel to customer sites or other Zaizi locations
