Position Announcement
Microimage (Pvt) Limited is seeking a qualified candidate for a Solutions Specialist / Technical Support Engineer position. We are interested in individuals who enjoy a dynamic and evolving environment and who are committed to personal excellence and success. Technical Competencies:
• Knowledge in SQL Server Stored Procedures / Functions
• Knowledge in Web services, Security, API third party integrations and project implementation
• Knowledge in cloud computing
• Knowledge in SQL SSRS and Report Writing
Skill set:
• Right attitude, a passion for customer service and good interpersonal skills
• Sound analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work within deadlines individually and as a team
• Ability to comprehend new technologies
• Innovative and forward thinking
• Readiness to undertake overseas assignments
• Age below 30 year
As a Solution Specialist you are required to perform the following duties
• Implementation & configuration of Solutions
• Troubleshooting & providing support to clients
• Project Coordination (Total Project Responsibility)
• Providing training for customers to use our solutions more effectively.
• Providing assistance/ training on troubleshooting matters
• Report problems, bugs in the solutions to development teams
• In addition you are expected to do any incidental functions, and the company reserves the right to employ you on other work within your skill & competence.
Your initiative will be an indication of your suitability for higher responsibilities.
• Undertake overseas projects
Education & Experience
• Good educational background preferably with a university degree
• 2+ experience in project implementation will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in cloud based computing will be an added advantage
