We are looking for a dynamic self motivated team player for “Senior HR Executive Male”position for a well-established BOI Electronic Assembling finn in Badalgama

Job Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

– Ensuring Compliance with HR Hand book and government regulations pertaining to wages and labour laws
– Function as the key administrator of the overall HCM solution
– Assist in hiring, including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing
candidates Daily leave verification & update the system.
– Maintain all personnel files, records and background investigation results, and other personnel records, and
ensure company is in compliance with all laws and regulations and demonstrates “best practices” in regard to
personnel information management.
– Develop and implement human resources programs and policies and periodically update Variosystems HR Handbooks.
– Work with Management Team on matters involving benefits, employee safety and workers compensation issues
– Chair/serve on various committees, as well as outside human resources or industry-related groups
– The additional responsibilities assigned by the management based on the requirements.

Skills:

– Fluent in English and Sinhala
– IT Literate
– Posses Good interpersonal skills
– Good Analytical Skills and Willingness to work in challenging environment

Professional Qualification:

– Hold qualification in Human Resources from a recognized University or Institute
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity (working in a factories environment is preferable)

Age: 03- Below 35
