Senior Contact Center Associates // Contact Center Associates
The Job:
►► Handling customer queries and providing customer support
►► Providing assistance to customers over the telephone
►► Coordination with the engineering staff, for efficient site inspections
►► Providing information to customer on latest developments, products, service offerings and Company promotions Conducting phone surveys and collecting customer feedback
The Person:
►► A young dynamic, friendly and energetic individual wills a flair for customer care
►► Should be below 25 years of age
►► G.C.E. O/L Qualification
►► Willing to work on shift basis
►► Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of MS Office II Prior experience in a call center would be an added career advantage
►► Should be able to speak fluently in English and Sinhala or English and Tamil
