Receptionist

We require a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our winning team.

Job Profile:-

To provide a professional, high quality, front line customer focused telephone service to all callers. The post holder will be responsible for dealing with all customer inquiries in relation to our services, Delivering a service to meet the individual needs of all customers and wherever possible resolving inquiries at first point of contact.

Minimum requirements:-

■ Written and spoken English essential.
■ Sound Educational background.
■ Good interpersonal skills and Telephone manners.
■ Good knowledge in Ms Word, Power point and Outlook.
■ Previous experience in similar capacity definite advantage.
■ The ideal Candidate should be a female Age limit 19 to 30 years
■ She should be pleasant, active, well mannered, and polite and possess excellent Skills in PR and communication
■ Close proximity to Battaramulla area will be advantageous
■ School leavers will be also considered
■ Good interpersonal skills and a self-motivated person with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
