We are the Franchisee in Sri Lanka for McDonald’s International which operates 30,000 Restaurants in 113 countries around the world. McDonald’s is a fortune 500 company, a Global Leader in the Food and Restaurant Industry with world class standards. Due to expanding operations in Sri Lanka we are looking for dynamic and creative Architects or Draftsmen with an eye for detail and quality and with experience in design of corporate or commercial buildings and interiors.
Requirements:
• B.Arch from a recognized institute with at least 3 years experience
• Corporate Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA) OR Draftsmen with qualifications from a recognized technical institute with at least seven years experience.
• Excellent design and documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively and deal with foreign principals.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to successfully handle a number of projects at one time.
• Good knowledge in latest Design Software such as Photoshop, Sketch up or 3D Studio Max, Illustrator.
• Age below 45 years
