Noratel International (Pvt) Ltd, located in the Free Trade Zone Katunayake, is a company of the Scandinavian-based Noratel Group, and is one of world leading companies in the manufacture of transformers and other inductive components. We started operations in Sri Lanka in 1989 under the name of Toroids International (Pvt) Ltd and opened our second company, Toroid Lanka (Pvt) Ltd in 1999. Our third factory opened in October 2006. Now we have 1200 employees and are looking for competent persons for the position below:
Manager – Process Study & Improvement
Qualifications/Experience:
Should have a degree in Engineering/ Production or equivalent qualification plus Diploma/Certificate course in Industrial Engineering or work study from a recognized institute. Knowledge of work measurement, method improvement, method analysis, work place arrangement and computer literacy including Auto Cad is required.
To succeed, the ideal candidate should have a demonstrable track record of 8 years minimum experience in a similar capacity with work study experience in a manufacturing field is a prime requirement. Experience in productivity incentive system will be an added qualification.
The incumbent should possess a dynamic personality, be less than 45 years of age, with a high degree of interpersonal and strong leadership/ management skills.
