Rezgateway is a provider of integrated reservations systems, aggregator and distributor of travel content for the global travel industry.

Manager – Night Operations

Duties:

– Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization or department
– Report operations achievements and progress to the Senior Management on regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement actions
– Working with other managers to ensure orations consistency
– Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of efficiency of support processes, customer satisfaction and applications of tools for monitoring, management and optimization
– Motivate a team of technical support consultant through performance coaching, career planning and setting educational objectives
– Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training processes. reporting and employee engagement
– Deliver and exceed on all Team performance targets

Required Profile:

– Have worked in a BPOI Development centre for a minimum of 3 years in managerial cadre
– Ability to implement processes to enhance customer service standards
– Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
– Strong customer interface; administration of meetings (setup, testing and user instruction at all meetings)
– Must have a good understanding of a “services business” in a high tech environment from a customer’s point of view
– Demonstrate Leadership abilities and be achievement oriented
– Help Desk management exposure will be an added advantage
– Understanding of network infrastructure, support applications and hotel contracts management will be

Above position will be required to operate from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am. (night shift) on week days. We offer an attractive remuneration package based on individual experience and skill level.
