The ideal candidates must possess:
– Possess or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in IT or of equivalent discipline
– Working knowledge in English Language
– Ability to Work Under Pressure and independently
– Knowledge in IT Support Service and IT System Management
– Be friendly, supportive, and helpful to all internal users
– Highly organized and great at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and follow-up
– You are meticulous with high attention to detail and accuracy
– Basic understanding of networking, computer hardware
Job Description:
– Basic computer, printer, and network troubleshooting
– Contact vendor/manufacturer to fix hardware problems
– Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
– Responding in a timely manner to service requests
– Providing Level 1 technical support across the company
– Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
– Monitoring and maintaining computer systems
