IT Hardware / Software Technician
Vacancy Requirements:
– Investigate and escalate when needed, customer problem (s) and determine a resolution of the problem
– Utilize various Hardware / Software tools, techniques, and processes to investigate and resolve problems
– Configure and troubleshoot software as well as hardware
– Two years technical work experience
– Knowledgeable in networking, printer and CCTV configuration. (include software & hardware network qualification) Graphic designing & E-marketing
– Knowledgeable in managing ERP systems
– To operate and deal with several problems and assignments concurrently (multi – tasking)
– Must be self-motivated with a desire to learn
– Residence in close proximity to Mount Lavinia and Dehiwala area is preferred.
