Our client is a well established International software services provider located in Colombo looking for suitable candidates for following positions:
IT & BMC Team Lead
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent team working skills
• Very good analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or relevant qualification
Preferable qualifications:
• Windows desktop MCP or Apple equivalent
• Prince 2 understanding
• ITIL
• Citrix accreditation
• Apple accreditation regarding support of remote devices and iOS
• HP accreditation (would be beneficial)
Experience:
• 2 to 6 years of experience working with below technologies providing full support of mobile telephony technologies such as BES, Blackberry, iPad, Smartphone and iPhone. Windows / Apple / Citrix / Telecommunications and mobile technology (Cisco Vol P! blackberry / iPad & iPhone) / Video Conferencing / Email Services / HP Hardware (laptops/thin client and thick client! Printers)
• Monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or laptops that have authorized access to the network
