The Company seeks a suitable individual for the positions of HR Assistant to join their operations team and help the business grow further in o promising direction.
Human Resources Assistant:
Experience & Qualifications:
– Between 20 – 25 years of age
– Full or Part qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute.
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Strong team player with the ability to work on long hours under pressure
– Minimum 02 Years experience in a similar capacity.
– Candidates from Homagama/Athurugiriya areas are preferred.
– Experience in manufacturing would be an added advantage.
The selected candidate who meets the above expectations will hove ample opportunities for rapid carrier development within the organization. A remuneration package, well above the industry norms, to this position will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
