Hotel Trainee
Backpack Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of Hotel Trainee as given below who are dynamic, results oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Educational Profile:
– Relevant Qualification Work Experience Profile
– No work experience required Professional Competencies
– Proficiency in MS Office and Internet
– Independent thinking, and the ability to work well autonomously and as a part of a team
– Good public relation skills
– Effective Communication skills in both written and spoken English
– Fluency in foreign languages apart from English will be an added advantage
– Age below 30 Duties The following tasks on work involves doing shift basis
– Handling overall operations of the Housekeeping
– Maintaining set standards in the rooms
– Maintaining and cleaning common areas
– Providing excellent guest service
– Dealing with bookings by phone, email, letter, fax or face to face
– Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave
– Choosing rooms and handling out keys
– Preparing bills and taking payments
– Dealing with complaints or problems
