Job Scope
Obtaining and evaluating quotations from service providers for the best price and quality of service.
– Finalizing and maintaining contracts with service providers.
– Supervise quality of service through site visits.
– Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of payment records.
– Providing management information relating to FM activities
PREREQUISITES:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facilities Management or a related area.
– Diploma in FM or equivalent qualification would be an added advantage.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
– Applicants should reside in or around Borella.
