Executive — Facilities Management
Job Profile:
* Conduct site surveys for various projects under the Interior/Civil/Mechanical/Plumbing and Electrical.
* Prepare documents such as BOQ/Estimates/SOW/2D and 3D layouts/Project Plan using MS Project sofiware.
* Supervise work quality and achieve project milestones at project level.
* Attend to maintenance work on Interior/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/AC at key locations of the company.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Possess a Degree in Facilities Management from a recognized University, or be qualified in NDT/NDES/NCT in Civil Engineering.
– Be a young and dynamic individual with good PR skills.
– Hands on experience in building maintenance including Electrical and Air Conditioning.
– Be conversant in MS Ofiice packages (Word./Excel/PP/ACAD/MS Project/MS Visio).
– Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The above position will carry an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
